Pale Moon 26.0.0, public beta 3 => I have changed media autoplay in config to false , when I open youtube, in first page it will NOT be auto played , but from that point any youtube page I open it will be played automatically, while in firefox when Media Autoplay is false, for every new youtube page media is stopped ....

I've reported this days ago, and someone reported this in the right section where you are only suppose to report issues with Palemoon 26 Beta 3.
I've gotten the issue where the videos still play, when I navigate to them, but it's rare, usually if you open a new video within the same tab or if you had a search results, where you open a video and go back to the search results and open another video with that same tab.

Try reloading the tab you are in.
