URL page not displaying graphic

This page should show a tabulated listing of times when the lanes are available for the general public. Pale Moon simply displays a blank grey page with incomplete graphic.

If I visit the same page using IE11 the graphic displays correctly.

Since I do not receive any error messages in PM to indicate that an add-on is required I have no idea if this is a genuine bug or not. I would appreciate a solution if you can suggest one.

Looks like a website bug. it seems to only cater to IE.
