Can't move some addons from the status bar

I can't move these addons from the status bar.
Characterizer

At first i thought that was normal, then i checked in FF41, and i could move them(the addon bar restored). I also checked with a clean PM.
In FF, i can only move them as a block, and can't change their relative position to each other, but still.

It seams the problem, is that in "customize", when you try to grab them, you actually click on them, you even have the pop up on hover. So it's definitely a bug.

I don't think it's relevant here, but anyway:
