Where's the "Open New Window menu item?"
For the longest time, my Pale Moon File menu has had "New Private Window" but has been missing "New Window." I used to be able to use the keyboard accelerator Ctrl+Shift+N to open a new regular window, but this trick no longer works.
I've actually done my due dilligence, searching Google and the FAQ section of this forum for solutions to this problem, but apparently, my situation's unique. Does anyone have ideas about how to do what I want?

The shortcut is Ctrl+N, not Ctrl+Shift+N -- also, all three options (New tab, new window and new private window) are in the File menu.
In the AppMenu (Pale Moon button), New Window is listed under "New Tab" (open the little menu there)
In the AppMenu (Pale Moon button), New Window is listed under "New Tab" (open the little menu there)

I have the same menu as Daikun showing the "New Window" in both Windows and linux Pale Moon since I dual boot both operating systems.

My File menu looks nothing like the screen shots posted, perhaps because I use the Tab Mix Plus plug-in. Here's a screen shot of my File menu:

I have the same window, like Daikun - just in german.

The classic menu, under File, should have a "New Window" entry as well. it is indeed possible that some extension has hidden it.

I don't know how to post an image, but my File menu seems to be a hybrid. It looks like yours, except that it has "New Window" between "New Tab" and "New Private Window."jake3_14 wrote:My File menu looks nothing like the screen shots posted, perhaps because I use the Tab Mix Plus plug-in. I have Tab Mix Plus installed, so either that is not what is causing the item to disappear for you, or else in my case one of my OTHER extensions is causing it to reappear, but in a non-standard location.
Edit: Somehow I missed Moonchild's post. Yeah, my File menu looks like what he posted. "Classic," I guess.
Re: Where's the "Open New Window menu item?"
If you have Tab Mix Plus and the TMP option "Links" > "Enable Single Window Mode" is checked, the "New Window" menu entry is removed.
