Hi I'd like to try this tool, but my thunderbird profile isn't in in the default folder.

I think the easiest solution would be to transfer your profile folder manually. Just make sure it's stored in a location you're happy with (FossaMail's default location for storing profile folders is C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\FossaMail\Profiles), and then run the Profile Manager (run command: fossamail.exe -p) to create a new profile, that uses your existing profile folder.
