Cannot access Oxford English Dictionary

When trying to access https://www.oed.com/dictionary/punctiliar_adj I get a 403 Forbidden message. Error console message below. When I try with a clean profile, I still get the 403 Forbidden message, but the Error console is empty.

403 means unauthorized. So they are blocking the browser most likely as "unknown, probably a bot/AI scraper" since a dictionary is low hanging fruit for AI training.
