Would it be possible to make it so that the addons of palemoon be workable for Sealion in addition to baslisk and palemoon?

That greasemonkey fork addon is in particular, something I have interest in for Sealion.

If not, oh well, just thought /i should ask.

You just have to edit the install.rdf and add the application ID for Sealion. It isn't something to be done server side, and unless extension developers test it on Sealion they can't simply declare it compatible.

I believe that Sealion is based on Borealis, which was based on the browser component of Seamonkey right?

It might be worth running the addon through a Firefox->Seamonkey addon converter in addition to the install.rdf change moonbat mentioned.

I have tried such things before, in past for other uxp browsers. I kept doing it wrong maybe though because it never worked for me.

The converter is for patching extensions, not scripts.

my bad, I must have been unclear. I meant, the addon.

However, the greasemonkey script he made available was broken when it came to installing scripts with it.

I got a bit mixed up there.

It would be nice if someone could make greasemonkey available for sealion, based on janek's version of greasemonkey, the forked one.

But. I don't know how much work or if it would need a rewrite, made from scratch, etc... its possible it would be too much work lol.
