Try setting layout.css.devPixelsPerPx to -1.0 (default is 1.0, meaning fixed scale regardless of system DPI setting) in about:config.
Note, this will become the default in the next major version.

I wear trifocal glasses and NoSquint is my favorite add-on for both Pale Moon and Firefox.

Before I ever upgrade/update to the newest version of Firefox, I always check "first" to make sure the NoSquint add-on is compatible with the newest version. If it isn't, then I don't upgrade/update.

I use nosquint also. suggest following may have been overlooked: normal web pages using windows7 magnify, can still be changed using "ctrl + or -". also (http://www.wikihow.com/Invert-Colors-on-Windows-7) gives some assist & link to( http://arcanesanctum.net/negativescreen/) ....A firefox extension(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... ly/?src=ss) is worthwhile to disable styles. hope this some help.
