[Solved] Plugin will not stay installed

Post by sydbarrett74 » 2013-07-13, 05:05

I use Logmein extensively, and every time I visit the site, it keeps prompting me to set up the Logmein Firefox plugin. I'm using Pale Moon x64 20.2.1 on Windows 8 x64.

If it's an actual plugin, then Logemein might not support 64-bit browsers. Your solution would be to use a 32-bit Pale Moon until such time as 64-bit browsers are supported by the plugin vendor. Contact the plugin vendor for 64-bit support?

Thank you for your prompt response. I will drop a line to the Logmein devs to start supporting x64-based browsers. This thread can be marked SOLVED. :)

Hmm, that sounds like something I used to have with TeamViewer active, it would intercept something on certain websites. I'll see if I can find what the cause of that was (after I've listened to Shine On You Crazy Diamond).
