IBus is not working.

Hello forum,

My OS is MX-19.3_x64 patito (≅ Debian 10.6), and the version of Pale Moon is 28.16.0 (64-bit) which was installed via apt-get. The problem is as title. I cannot use IBus to input anything in Pale Moon. Whenever the keyboard focus is on Pale Moon, the IBus becomes inactive. As far as I can remember, old Pale Moon didn't have this bug.
