Off-topic:
On a side note, these days I tried to open RT through Tor (which underneath is just latest Firefox) and was greeted with a 403 message - access denied.
Well, I'll just have to remove the RT link field from my application and they may go to hell for all I care.

Last night I tried Amazon Kindle's silk browser (Chromium) and that works. Although I could never use such a fiddly thing to browse often I did discover that RT's parent company, fandango.com, did have a Help desk with Rottentomatoes as one of the subject options.

I sent a query with the message "Why has rottentomatoes banned 25% of the world's browsers. Doesn't seem good business sense"

Received a reply from help@fandango.com

"To update this question by email, please reply to this message. Because your reply will be automatically processed, you MUST enter your reply in the space below. Text entered into any other part of this message will be discarded.

Perhaps we should all send a query....

That's just boilerplate auto-response. See if they actually get back to you, and with anything other than 'use Chrome or Firefox'.

Oh, dear, I've only be using email for the past quarter of a century. I thought all replies were typed personally :(

I just thought I'd encourage others to contact them. Sorry I bothered

No need to get snarky. It's not like people can magically know everything about you or what your experience level is based on anything but what can be inferred from what you posted so far.
