Pale Moon fails to "Upgrade insecure request" Topic is solved

If you scroll down a tiny bit in this article, there's supposed to be a frame, which displays a map:

Pale Moon v28.4.0 fails to load this map, and throws this error in the console:

Blocked loading mixed active content “http://api.skyet.no/Graphic/FLA02806/525c653553db0/525c653553db0”

However, in Basilisk, the map loads just fine, and the following message is shown in the console:

Content Security Policy: Upgrading insecure request ‘http://api.skyet.no/Graphic/FLA02806/525c653553db0/525c653553db0’ to use ‘https’

In Pale Moon, this option is disabled by default for security reasons, see Tools->Preferences->Security->Opportunistic Encryption.
