Welcome to the forum!
A search (box top right on all forum pages) will find all too many recent "problems with Flash" forum topics eg: http://forum.palemoon.org/search.php?keywords=flash A more detailed description of your problem(s) with Flash would be helpful.
You might like to try reverting to the latest fully updated build of Flash 10.3, you will lose the extra functionality of 11.x series, but will get a player with all known security patches applied: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1022066?tstart=0 The page also has a link to Adobe's own Flash Uninstaller and instructions on how to achieve a clean install.

Pale Moon 12.3-x64: The Flash Player version installed on my computer and the operating system are displayed in the box shown on http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/ ... layer.html , but all later versions Pale Moon do not. instead of a box there is only right mouse button context menu "Adobe Flash...", "settings", and "global settings"
Re: Pale Moon & flash
Hmm! Checked your Adobe "Find version" page link above using Pale Moon 19.0.1 and it all runs correctly for me showing Flash Player 11.6.602.168, Windows XP (32 bit) and Mozilla Firefox in the 3 dynamic boxes.... but then I'm all 32-bit so this needs someone running 64-bit Pale Moon to confirm/investigate? I do get the same 3 options in right-click context menu - also note Adblock Plus offers to block that box with a specific filter script if wanted - you haven't got some block running have you?
Adobe page also shows Flash has been updated again to 11.6.602.171
