This desktop tower computer is running a hard drive loaded with 32 bit windows Pale Moon 28.0.0.1 (I just updated windows PM and visited YouTube) running in 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. This particular desktop tower computer is 8 years old.
It also has an old Nvidia GeForce GT 220 graphics card which is similar to your graphics card. It has 16 GB of ram memory and has an Intel i7 processor with a speed of 2.80 GHz. But your Ultimate operating system is 32 bit while my Home Premium operating system is 64 bit.
Like I said previously. I use the new YouTube interface and I have no problems with 32 bit windows Pale Moon (28.0.0.1). Is there a reason why you won't try the new YouTube interface?

Interface preference aside -- does the new Youtube interface work better for you otherwise (in other words help mitigate your stated issues)?

This issue isn't related to Youtube interface. It is occurs also with Youtube videos embedded in other website, and with every website, Pale Moon portable 28.0.0.1 feels slow, often stop responding, and showing signs that it is about to crash, regardless to Youtube.

Black areas like that are definitely an issue with the compositor and hardware acceleration. But that should certainly not happen when HWA is disabled, unless there's something very very wrong with your video driver.
Are you using the latest driver for your GT 220? Are your video driver settings at default?

I uses my latest driver for my GT 220 and the settings are the default. With hardware acceleration disabled, this worsen the problem of watching Youtube videos either inside Youtube or outside.

Sounds like the issue is caused by an add-on, then. Try disabling all of your add-ons, then enabling them one by one until you find the add-on(s) responsible for the issue.
It would also help if you could post the information from about:support, which includes the list of add-ons you have installed. Please use a
tag when posting that information, as it's quite lengthy.

As I stated earlier, I doing these test with a fresh and clear PM portable 28.0.0.1, so no add-ons are installed. Disabling the external plugins don't helped.
The "createtexture2d failures" in your log indicate that there -is- a problem with your video driver in that is won't be able to create the textures it needs for compositing. This can be because of a driver mismatch to your hardware or similar.
Try in about:config to set gfx.direct2d.disabled to true
if no joy, set gfx.content.azure.backends to "cairo" and gfx.canvas.azure.backends to "skia, cairo"

It seems to solve the problem on my PM portable 28.0.0.1 on a fresh and clean profile. So I decided to duplicate the profile from my stationary PM 27.9.4 into PM portable 28.0.0.1 and make these changes, and it seems that Pale Moon portable is more stable, but Session Manager produces error messages regarding to save sessions, and when I close PM, it take longer time for PM process to close.

Upgraded the stationary Pale Moon to 28.0.0.1, and this seems to solve the stability issue, but Youtube player responding and loading very slow, and Session Manager non-stop produces error messages when it tries to save a session:
Update: Pale Moon 28.0.0.1 still unstable after doing these modification with it being very slow and Session Manager show error messages regarding to saving the current session, and generally it is still unusable for me.
So I had to downgrade it back to 27.9.4.

We're pretty close to a solution at the moment. It will need a few code changes and a rebuild if all pans out, but it concurs with your observations if that is the issue's cause (including the graphics errors)

Please try the newly released Pale Moon 28.0.1 and report back.
