Can someone please supply a direct link to the last working PM for xp/atom? Much appreciated as I cannot access the archives for some reason.

FTP is a very common way of sharing files. Are you saying that you cannot open the archive site or simply cannot
download a particular version? I would not trust to get them from anywhere else.
