I just clicked on all the links you provided in your post and all the links worked for me and rendered properly for me. The first link is to Create An Account and also Sign In. And with a picture of a mobile smartphone.

I'm using 64 bit linux Pale Moon 27.6.2 running in 64 bit linux Mint 18.2 (Sonya) Xfce. The only addos I have installed are the old NoSquint 2.1.9.1 and Adblock Latitude (4.0.1).

Can't help you with these websites, they seem to work fine here and I'm not sure what they are supposed to do. I can't log in to Yandex mail of course.

Try first the different Compatibility options here (bottom of page) and restart Pale Moon. Also take a look here and search the forum for possible solutions on similar problems (or the same ones).

Website URL's posted by OP appear to work for me using 32-bit Pale Moon 27.6.2 on Windows 7.

I do not have a Yandex Email account but the log-in page looks good to me:

As back2themoon has suggested above, have you tested the Yandex Email page using Pale Moon Compatibility mode set to "Firefox Compatibility" as it has been found in another topic that Yandex Maps requires this setting as the website will only work using this User Agent Mode in Pale Moon (setting is at "Options>"Advanced">"General" at the bottom of interface).
Off-topic:
FWIW, the webpages also work in the Basilisk browser.
