27.6.0 and Citibank

27.6.0 won't work with online banking site for Citibank, one of the largest banks in the US, used by many millions. I found one post about a UA override fix but it was written for developer types and had no instructions suited to ordinary intelligent users with some tech savvy -- and after an hour I am giving up on applying that fix. Could you please fix the bug so users don't have to go on a wild goose chase? Thanks.
