I performed an upgrade to Pale Moon and now, when attempting to open Pale Moon I get a pop-up stating: "Your computer must be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Palemoon. Do you want to reboot now?"
If I indicate yes, the system reboots and when trying to open Pale Moon, I get the same prompt. If I indicate no, the prompt closes but Pale Moon does not open. I've even attempted to remove Pale Moon through the control panel, thinking I could just reinstall but I get this same prompt when I click uninstall.
Any suggestions? I can't use it, nor remove it either. Thanks.

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, it's a quirk of the Mozilla updater used.
