I posed the question at the end of my "repeated crashes" thread about whether anyone knew of a good content filter that didn't crash Firefox. I didn't get any responses, but I wanted to pass along something I found.
I did a quick search on Kim Komando's website and came across a content filter add-on for Firefox call ProConLatte. I've installed it and seems to be working great; no ill-effects whatsoever and seems to be catching what I want it to catch and letting everything else through with no issues at all. Here's the link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/procon-latte/
