As far as I can see OneTab 1.17.0 works well with Pale Moon 27.1 when installed using Moon Tester Tool, but please note the warnings and restrictions while doing so. I advise you to ask the developers about the official Pale Moon support via their feedback form. All the necessary technical information is here, just add this link to your request.
