FossaMail language packs / localization

Hi to all! I don't have yet installed the new version of FossaMail do to lack of slovenian localization / language pack. I search through forum to find some info on how to request or help on localization (eg. like for PaleMoon in crowdin), but find nothing. Can someone share some info for this?
