Crash

Post by back2themoon » 2016-10-13, 16:51

Beta 2 crashes when trying to visit here (the link, not the actual place).

I'm adding an AppCrashView report, PM Portable clean profile, browser + Windows safe mode. IE/Edge throw security warnings.
IE: "only secure content is displayed"
Edge: There’s a problem with this website’s security certificate. This might mean that someone’s trying to fool you or steal any info you send to the server. You should close this site immediately. Go to my homepage instead/Continue to this webpage (not recommended).

PM 26.5.0 portable and FF portable seem to have no issues with it.

Re: Crash

Post by Moonchild » 2016-10-13, 17:27

It's a crash as a result of an out-of-memory situation. Something on the page (at first glance CSS) causes rapid allocation of all memory resulting in a crash.

EDIT: it's a regression due to the rebase -- will need to have some patches re-applied to fix. Issue #595.

EDIT2: Fixed + verified on the problem URL.
