Where are all the icons above the subject line?

Hello all, I have a interesting issue. I went to post a new topic today and noticed that the line of icons (or what ever you call them) above the
subject line in a new post is missing. Usually it will show some simple smilies and such but it is nowhere to be seen. I even tried with all add on's
disabled and it's still not there.

This is all I get.

I'm assuming that this was also what was used to show a subject as solved?

Depends on what board on the forum you're in. Some allow topic icons, others do not.

I was ready to accept your answer but when I logged in to mark as solved the icons where there.
They were not there when I started this post.

That's because I moved the thread from general discussions (where the icons aren't there) to forum and website (where the icons are present).
I should probably just take some time and enable them on all boards.
