Welcome to our forums! Glad to help. 
I simply go to AppMenu (Pale Moon drop down menu button)>> Options>> Sync, or just push Alt if Menu Bar isn't already enable and navigate to Tools>> Options>> Sync. Now it should show all your Sync Data from your device/Pale Moon, ex: David76@gmail.com or whatever email client, Add-ons, Bookmarks etc, etc....
But if that doesn't happen, then your currently not set up with Sync or not correctly Sync right. You will then have to make an account or find the cause of the issue.
