Pop up window not showing details

I am using Pale Moon Version 25.8.1 (x86) on a desktop computer
The Control Panel system information page reports the following operating system details:
Windows Vista Business 2007, Service Pack 2
Processor AMD Athlon Dual Core Processor 5000B 2.6 GHz
RAM 4.00GB
32-bit Operating System

I have been using Pale Moon regularly to access a gardening website to which I subscribe: myfolia.com. On all previous occasions I have not encountered any problems when using Pale Moon. However, in the past week or so, when I hover the cursor over the milestone icon on my Folia timeline I just get a window saying "Loading details ...". The information doesn't load. It should show me details of pant name, the milestone details for the particular week to which I am pointing, and details of the actions taken. Eg, the following should appear (copied and pasted from Chrome):

Sweet Potato Vine, Orange
Milestones for week starting 16 Nov 15
Date Event Notes
18 Nov 15 Transplanted

It worked in earlier versions of Pale Moon without a problem. I'm currently using Pale Moon Browser Version 25.8.1 (x86). I was using the previous version, but updated to this the latest version to see if that corrected the problem. It did not. I tried opening Folia in Google Chrome and the pop-up window in the timeline is working correctly there.

I reported the problem to Folia admin, who are the owners/programmers of the site. They could not find the problem and no one else has reported this problem in other browsers, so we thought it might be confined to Pale Moon.

The timeline loads correctly, it is only the pop up window that is not working.
I would appreciate you looking into this at your convenience, realising that you may have more pressing problems to sort out.




The Folia website has been undergoing some changes bringing it into line with more modern browsers and mobile interfaces and as we (the users or Folia) find problems we report them to Admin (the owners/programmers of Folia).

I can't test the site because i have no account for that site, but you can try a clean Pale Moon profile.

I tried running Pale Moon in Safe Mode per your directions, but the problem persists.
I'll contact Folia again as I loaded the problem page in FireFox and had the same problem as with Pale Moon.

Sounds like the website has an issue (possibly in their scripting somewhere). If it also happens with other browsers then likely this isn't a Pale Moon bug; If it persisted in Pale Moon's safe mode, then you can also pretty much rule out extensions being the issue (although you may have to clear your cache, depending on the type of extensions in use, to see a difference).

Please let us know what the website owners say.
