Last night before shutting down I let it upgrade to 26.0 and turned off the PC.
This morning I launch PM and all my settings are back to stock and even the userchrome.css was over-written.
Good thing I do daily backups I can get back yesterdays' 25. whatever and dump 26.
As of late I have had to use FFx a few times every day due to things PM will not do any longer. Might be time to go back permanently after this crappy update.

I guess you've never read the upgrade notes for portables...

I just created an account so that I could say that I've been using Pale Moon portable for a couple of years, and I had no problems when upgrading to 26.0.
