Portable Cache

Hello,
iI cant find the portable Cache Folder, i mean even if i look at the size of the Pale Moon Portable Folder, it does NOT change size even when a lot of Pages are open.
In the "Palemoon-Portable.ini" I found the entry:

;(enable cache)
browser.cache.disk.enable=false

Even if i change this to "true" and restart the browser, the size of the folder does not change. So does Portable put all files ionto the RAM?

For Cache Directory the ini file says:

;(cache directory)
browser.cache.disk.parent_directory=%MOZ_PROFILE_PATH%|\\"

What does the MOZ Profile Path mean? Is the cache folder somewhere else? I tryed a lot now trying to locate a folder that changes size, but I cant find anything at all.
Would be great if someone can explain this, thank you!
