How do I create a new Profile?

How do I create a new Profile?

I want to use FEBE to restore a backed up Profile, and I think I first need to create a new one to restore "into." Since Pale Moon is not Firefox, FEBE's "create new profile" button won't work.

Same as in firefox.

Thanks! Don't know how my toolbars and such got all FUBAR, but restoring the backed up Profile fixed it.
