IIRC Anubis by default only presents itself when the user-agent contains a Mozilla/5.0, as it was intended to block abusive LLM scrapers which spoof themselves as web browsers (which are the majority per the Anubis author's experience). So if you just remove the "Mozilla" part and clearly identify your bot as a bot, it would work too.hexydec wrote: ↑2025-06-25, 11:52Code: Select all

Re: Repo server now Anubis-protected
After working with the anubis devs on several issues, we should now be in a pretty good state where our Anubis-protected resources (notably the repo and xref) will be faster and more accurate in recognizing previously-passed challenges, even through service restarts and server reboots.
If you run into any additional issues, please let me know in this thread.

Re: Repo server now Anubis-protected
Geoblocking has been lessened (I noticed I forgot to adjust it for xref, that should now be fixed). We do still block India and Pakistan from the repo because of the unrelenting fake account assault otherwise where Anubis doesn't help (because it's perpetrated by SEO grunt workers, i.e. humans)
