The bottom one looks like it should be, but it doesn't clear the storage folder. I don't know what it does. I was also thinking of more granular control on a per site basis. Considering the trouble that storage data caused, there should be an option to clear it without having to manually navigate the profile folder.

I had to additionally choose "Everything" in order to properly clear the folder. I think this could do for an improvement. Why is the option not there to clear the offline data for a specific website along with the option to clear the cookies in Page Info under the Security tab under the heading "Privacy and Security"? That would have the benefit of being clear-able along with the cookies in the same window and not have to nuke the entire offline website data cache to fix one website.

Yes. We've been kind of swamped with other things though.
Also, unless a website gets really confused about their own stored data, it wouldn't be a problem.
