Puzzling startup error message

Gobble-dy-gook to me. Had to start palemoon using ./palemoon executable before I create a desktop icon.

What do all these error messages mean and do I need to do anything?

I get the first one too, but also with firefox after testing. It's known bug with firefox on bugzilla, see bug #833117
