Problems with author.today and www.ozon.ru

v29.3.0 x64 (upd: problems remain in v29.4.0)
1) https://author.today - "Download" button does not work:

the clock appears and disappears and nothing else happens!

2) www.ozon.ru - "Reviews", "Questions", "Go to description" and probably something else doesn't work. When you click on the corresponding links, nothing happens!

Tested with all extensions disabled.
