I really wanted to try it out, but NVDA dont reads anything in there.

That's actually not a bug, it's by design. Pale Moon has never included support for specific accessibility hardware, and if you need it to interface with e.g. a Braille rule then it may not work. If you are in need of that kind of accessibility functionality, then this browser is simply not a good match for you.
