One time fix, yes, but consider pushing out an update to all your users with this fix included since the persisted values will still continue to apply to the window even if you remove width/height from the list of persisted values, unless you remove them manually using the said function/fix.

Update to Milestone 10: v1.0.5

• Remove excessive padding from toolbar buttons in Mail/News
• Fix appearance of the Add-ons Manager's notification box
• Header buttons in the Add-ons Manager should not appear clickable when disabled
• Replace Software Update Wizard style with platform default

Update options: GitHub releases, APO, Interlink Add-ons, check for updates using the Add-ons Manager.

You could compare it yourself by installing both versions each in a different profile or by just downgrading in your current profile. You just posted one screenshot, there is nothing to compare it too. People's (and specially developers) time is priceless, don't ask such questions where we can't make head and tail of it.
