I was using Pale Moon on Linux Lite OS (XFCE desktop) and by increasing the system font size,
it made the font size for the tabs, menu, address bar, and bookmark bar larger.
(larger is better for my eyesight)
I'm now using Pale Moon on Neptune OS and those font sizes are so small
that I can barely read them.
Unfortunately, increasing the system font size in Neptune (KDE desktop) has no effect
on the tabs, menu, or address bar in Pale Moon.
I tried searching add ons for one that would increase those font sizes but I couldn't
seem to find anything.
Any suggestions ?

KDE also allows you to use fractional scaling to make every GUI element bigger--it's in the Display part of System Settings.
