If you visit https://jabber-signup.5july.net/ you will see a simple form with 4 fields. Put whatever you like for the first 3 fields (ideally make the 2 passwords differ so it intentionally won't create an account) and put the right answer for the 4th just because. Now press the submit button (labelled "Register!").
Nothing happens. Not a thing. The form isn't submitted and the browser makes no attempt that I can spot to connect to the server. For such a simple form (and the source is as simple as you would think) this seems very odd. The behaviour is 100% reproducible in my palemoon 28.9.3 64-bit.
It submits fine in Firef*x.
Is this a bug?

Works for me also using, at this time, 64 bit linux Pale Moon 28.9.3 running in 64 bit linux Mint 19.3 (Tricia) Xfce.
