Shoot them an e-mail telling them.Pale Moon is up to date.
Though it's likely it isn't even their fault, but something like a feature-detection function incorrectly categorizing the browser.

I don't get any such warning, it displays a login prompt. Hope you're using the very latest version of Pale Moon (and if not, why?)

This happens if you use the Native UA setting. Please set it to gecko compatibility or Firefox compatibility.

I just checked the defaults. I blew away all the files in my "test" profile, and started it up, getting the "Congratulations..." screen.
In "New Moon Preferences" , "User Agent Mode" is "Native", on a fresh profile. Is this intentional?
