Your sample sites respond to the window width and don't have horizontal scrolling.

It's not something that works for frames. It works for pages only.

But on version palemoon-27.9.4.win32 this function works perfect! For all pages and frames to.

When you say horizontal scrolling do you mean by pressing the middle mouse button to get the circular icon with 2 arrows? That works for me on this post, using the latest Linux build.
