I am not sure if this has anything to do with the forum upgrade, but I got a notification for a non-existent post. Strange.

I think that could also happen is a post quotes you and is deleted before you read it, but don't quote me on that.

The board rules should be accessible without being logged in. Else users can't decide if they should register.

They are. There is a link to "rules" even when you are not logged in.

Yes, now they are. Two or three hours ago there was only a short note about rules using this link, probably a phpbb default. Problem with my browser cache?

No, most likely because board rules are language specific and the default language set (en-US) didn't have a copy of the rules yet which I fixed in the meantime.

Moonchild, did you forget to reduce the time during which one can edit his posts? I can see "Edit" button even on yesterday's posts.

No, it's still set to what it was before, which is 12 hours.

What is the current status of the forum migration? Is it as complete as it's going to be for the foreseeable future? If not what issues are on hold, in progress, waiting for upstream, etc.?

Pending: topic solved extension -- waiting for upstream but they seem to be unresponsive.
Pending: Pale Moon forum theme -- I don't know when I'll be able to make time for this...
Other issues... I don't know? Is there something else that needs doing?

That was my question, but those were the only two that I could think of off the top of my head.
I assume recreating the old forum theme is no simple task... perhaps someone else with knowledge of PHP and/or CSS would be able to help with that?
Thanks for the update!

It's not difficult and I know exactly how to do it, BUT it takes time. And that I'm a bit short on.

Do you have a copy of the logo from the last phpBB version? Because it's really easy to upload and use. When I update it takes me literally 3 minutes to update my logo. And I have had a phpBB board for a little over 4 years now.

All of these changes only take a couple minutes each. But I'd rather not do this piecemeal.
