I love the way PM doesn't follow instructions

Is there another Firefox imitator? I hope so. PM stinks! I just love the way it doesn't follow instructions. I'm trying to look at my pay stubs online and PM blocks the pop ups (my pay stubs). Of course it asks me what to do about them. I then instruct PM to allow the pop ups, which instruction it ignores.

If you are somehow clearing site preferences, then Pale Moon won't remember your popup choices for this site.
