With Fedora 29/Cinnamon with a dark GTK theme and Palemoon 28.1 (from repository https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs ... /palemoon/) on I have the problem, that text in input fields or selection lists is gray, which results in close to not readable text on some websites. Changing the Palemoon theme didn't help.
In Firefox I could solve the same problem by creating a new String widget.content.gtk-theme-override with value Adwaita:Dark in about:config.
Is there an easy workaround like this in Palemoon?
gray-on-gray input and selction field text with dark GTK theme

And, can we assume you have tested this in PM & that it did not work?In Firefox I could solve the same problem by creating a new String widget.content.gtk-theme-override with value Adwaita:Dark in about:config.
What version of FF are you speaking of?

Thanks for the reply
Yes, of course. And, can we assume you have tested this in PM & that it did not work?
Now Firefox 63.0.1, but IIRC I changed the config already in version 62.What version of FF are you speaking of?

Same problem was already discussed here, with userstyles suggested as workaround:
