Its a web game that is currently migrating from flash to html5, and one of this new html5 objects appears wrong in Palemoon.
This is how its looks in Palemoon
And this is how it looks in every other browser (including a very old before split with Palemoon Firefox 24)
To get to this in game you need to register and than click Map on the top bar menu.
