Mozilla Add-ons are going to disappear from Mozilla website
What I and several others feared over he past two years is going to happen now: Mozilla add-ons no longer compatible with Firefox version 57 - will disappear from the Mozilla Add-ons website. That will make them unavailable for Pale Moon users. Have you done anything to transfer the older versions?

Just download the .xpi files to your computer before they disappear. Problem solved.

Or to save redundancy, they all exist in your profile folder in the extensions subdirectory and can be installed "from file" into any new installation or different profile at any time.

I did back up a few extensions, the last version before they were converted into WX, to my Mega account.

I have a plan. More to come. Do not ask.

They will not disappear until next summer at the earliest on the day after Fx 52ESR has official internal push to upgrade it to Fx 59.1 ESR. That would be June 26. However, they will be frozen at some point before that date so the authors will not be able to issue further updates.
You can do what I did for Pale Moon, Fx 52 ESR and SeaMonkey and download the latest version of all your extensions to disk or you can download and install Classic Addons Archive extension. It is incompatible with my version of Pale Moon (26.5) so I installed it on Fx 52.4 ESR. It's a work in progress and is an answer to the prayers of many (not just Pale Moon users).

Re: Mozilla Add-ons are going to disappear from Mozilla website
I have backup of all my extensions, but what happen if I have a new need after that removal date. too risky...
In the past I saw how a developer removed his addon and page from Mozilla, so luckily I had it installed so I exported to xpi using FEBE.
Being most of extensions opensource, making a repository of them should not be a legal problem.
Is possible that Mozilla foundation will help? any mozilla developer with access to AMO repository?
Otherwise, what about an script to browse AMO, and download all addons(even versions)?
