Yes, I have abandoned my favourite browser for the moment. "Why?" you may ask. Simply because I cannot access some websites which other browsers (SlimJet, Firefox, Vivaldi) have no trouble displaying them.
Would some kind member, more technically minded than I am, have a look and see what the problem is, please?
I miss PaleMoon but have resorted to Slimjet until I can find a solution.
The problem web pages are:

In some cases I get an error which merely tells me the the plugin isn't loaded. In others I just get a continuously revolving circle as if the site is loading but the circle just keeps revolving - revolving revol...
Note these are videos in two local newspapers. My first thought was that the newspaper websites were at fault but found that other browsers did display the content without problem.

Hi tenfoot. I am a fellow non-techy but I was able to access all of the links. I am using plug-in Shockwave Flash 24.0.0.221
Re: Abandoned PaleMoon for the present...
If i may add i accessed the sites just fine. But i can never see the logic in just dumping a browser because it does not load a few sites,in fact i find it silly. There must be billions of sites and so the odds of some not loading correctly is high.

(Alt) Tools > Options > Content tab > (Video section): Enable MSE + MSE for MP4 works for me on W7 with PM 27.1 x64 in native mode (under the Advanced tab) with Flash disabled and UBlockO active.
I only had to flip the MP4 switch for one of those videos from my default settings (or perhaps I didn't wait long enough) but that's only ~3 seconds + a page refresh, so only around a minute or two to go through most options for video/compatibility, faster than finding and installing an alt. browser.

There's little point in making threads like these "after the fact". If you've already moved on to another browser before asking for assistance, then any assistance given now is just a waste of time for community members. So please don't.
