Menu: "Tools - Web Developer - Responsive Design View"

about:config:

Code: Select all

devtools.responsiveUI.enabled = true

You might have to enable it first: Tools > Web Developer > Toggle tools (to enable them), then click on the gear icon (Toolbox Options) and put a check mark next to Responsive Design Mode (in the "Available Toolbox Buttons" section).

If I recall pieces of bundled DevTools were disabled as they may not be yet fully functional. It is an on going process as they were not the same tools previously included with Pale Moon but those native to Tycho's platform ancestor.
