PM27 it no longer works or at leas the icon doesn't let you click it as far as I know the thing was never a jetpack extension as it dosen't show up in the addons list as "jetpack extensions are no longer supported" thing it just has the standard "blahblah blah isn't compatible with palemoon from what I can remember but I have addon compatability check set to false and it's been working fine. I tried Cookie Keeper but it doesn't work like cookiemonster.
Basically with cookiemonster I can say which types of cookies are marked as safe with a single click. Normal is none, I can do "session cookies are protected/kept", "all cookeis kept" and also temp for both of those. I tried cookiekeeper and went to my standard sites and switched from SDC to cookieexterminator as it was the promtoed alternative and my cookie policy wasn't being followed like it had been. I disabled cookieexterminator and tried again andyet once more it wasn't working like cookiemonster. So does anyone know of an addon that works similar to cookiemosnter that works with PM27 and by simlar I mean at the very least follows a similar policy with my cookie exception/permission list.

You should peruse the PaleMoon Security Add-ons page, try some of the cookie managers out, see if one of them fits your needs.
I'm not using any sort of cookie manager so I really can't recommend any, but a lot of people swear by Crush Those Cookies. You might take a look.

Crush Those Cookies doesn't do what Cookie Monster does. I kept CM installed for years but in my effort to reduce the number of extensions, I eliminated it because with SDC and now CTC I don't really need to manage cookies because they just automagically disappear.

The latest version of Cookie Monster (Cookie Monster Version 1.3.4.8) works great on my PM27. However, first you need to lower the Firefox min-version, in the Cookie-Monster install.rdf file, from 37.0 to 24.0. You can edit the install.rdf file yourself. Alternatively, you can use the modified xpi file below. And no, I don't know why your previous efforts to disable compatibility checks worked in PM26, but don't seem to work in PM27.133794m3r wrote:PM27 it no longer works or at leas the icon doesn't let you click it as far as I know the thing was never a jetpack extension as it dosen't show up in the addons list as "jetpack extensions are no longer supported" thing it just has the standard "blahblah blah isn't compatible with palemoon from what I can remember but I have addon compatability check set to false and it's been working fine. If you use SDC, with or without Cookie Monster, JustOff has developed a version of "Self-Destructing Cookies" for Pale Moon 27, available at https://github.com/JustOff/pm27-sdk-addons. This version of SDC lacks a toolbar button. But you may be able to use Cookie Monster's button to replace SDC's missing button, while SDC's other features continue to function.

Crush Those Cookies is the old one. Better try Cookie Exterminator.

Re: Alernative to CookieMonster addon with exact features?
Cookie Monster uses at least one of the browser's own language/locale files ("cookies.dtd"), which language files are different in Pale Moon than they are in Firefox. These localization file differences result in button and menu display errors when Cookie Monster is used in Pale Moon. Accordingly, using Cookie Monster in Pale Moon can no longer be recommended.
The OP might also want to consider Cookie Controller. Cookie Controller appears to be compatible with PM27 out-of-the-box. Cookie Controller also provides detail control of cookies, much like Cookie Monster.
