Calendar Sync not working (CalDAV) Topic is solved

Hi everyone,

First of all, I wanted to thank athenian200 for this awesome email application, it is the best program I've found and ever used for email and has extinguished my search for a calendar application (though I think it would be cool to have one nonetheless (Mozilla Sunbird)).

The only issue I have faced with Epyrus is that my calendar through CalDAV (through NextCloud) doesn't seem to be working. All I get is a small warning icon next to the calendar and a message that says "This calendar is momentarily not available". I have tested this in thunderbird and it seems to work there. Is there any fix for this or is this my fault? Perhaps this works with other servers?

Had this problem too, until giving up on NextCloud; my webhost at the time made it too slow for interactive use.

Did you manage to fix it after switching from NextCloud? It would be awesome to have this working

Yes, got some CalDAV services working, and others not. Either way, it's tricky. Guessing paid services are more likely to work better than so-called free services?

Thanks for letting me know. Guess I'll have to check which providers (or some self-host solution) will work with CalDAV.

Either way, it would be nice if this could be fixed as the latest ThunderBird and Evolution (GNOME) clients work fine with CalDAV.

I have Radicale running on my server (Linux) at home and it works great with Epyrus.
