Find and replace text in an incoming email
Is there any way to find and replace text in a certain incoming email before it it saved to the inbox?

I don't think so. There's no real action in the client that allows message body manipulation.
Maybe there's an add-on that allows you to do this but I wouldn't know off-hand if so.

If there's no sensitive data you can try local filtering proxy like privoxy | proxomitron reborn | proxydomo.
