Epyrus & Calendar Tweaks

Hello:

Epyrus significantly rearranges the graphical interface of the old Thunderbird client.
And even after this, Calendar Tweaks 7.1 works almost perfectly.

The fly in the ointment comes from a miss-alignment of the vertical day borders between the "All Day" line and the rest of the calendar in the week view.

Very likely this cannot be fixed --- as it is brought about by a now-unsupported extension --- without forking said extension. But I thought I would mention it here in case it revealed something overlooked in the Epyrus code that could make Epyrus better. (By the by, Calendar Tweaks 7.1 works exactly fine with Interlink).
