The titlebar position is fine. However, the colors used in the toolbars are not. On my Windows XP, the titlebar is gradient black (which is the color from the Windows XP Zune theme). Then the other toolbars are a medley of different colors. The menubar is white (#E2E2E2); then the tabbar is gray (#B4B4B4), which is OK; then the navigation bar consists of white (#E8E8E8) and gray (#B5B5B5) stripes, which is an attractive feature and more than OK; then the bookmarks bar is white again (#E2E2E2); then the status bar is also white (#E2E2E2). Perhaps these various toolbars could be better color-coordinated is all.
Using a light theme does fix this color-coordination. However, it would seem better to build this color coordination into the Reinheit theme itself, out of the box.

This, again, is intentional, to make particular features stand out more. Plus, fun fact: it's all #FFFFFF, with varying amounts of alpha applied, as on Vista+ this blends in with the current border colour.
With regards to the titlebar position, I'm referring to your previous screenshots, where the page title is out in the middle of nowhere. Is that using the most recent version?

Thanks. Didn't know that!

I'm not sure about the timing of these prior screenshots and installation of v1.0.2. So, I took another screenshot with v1.0.2. The titlebar position looks unchanged.

I've pushed v1.0.3 to GitHub. Hopefully just a typo issue, if not then that's a worry. Also pushed PMChrome v1.0.6 to possibly resolve the same issue, plus I fixed tab titles when a dark persona is in use.

Reinheit v1.0.3 shows no change from v1.0.2.
EDIT: Fixed by v1.0.4

It's clear I needed sleep before posting that one!

v1.0.4 is now up and should solve it. I've also updated Maxi4 to solve the titlebar issue you had with that, plus Maxi4 now supports personas better.

Maxi3 has a subset of the light persona issue that Maxi4 had (before the recent update). Titlebar text is readable in Maxi3 using moderately light to dark personas. But titlebar text is not very readable in Maxi3 using white or very light personas.

Does this one also apply a light blue background by default, like Maxi4?

For the default titlebar, Maxi3 uses white text on a moderately light blue background. This default white text and default light blue background is readable. However, like Max4 was before the update, Maxi3 continues to use white text in the titlebar, after applying a persona, regardless of whether the persona is very light or very dark. Thus, the title text is no longer readable if a white or very light persona is used.

On the
Kempelton Reloaded thread, I posted a list of complete themes, which don't conform to default behavior, in Atom/WinXP, when a light theme/persona is applied. The DarkPitch theme should be added to that list.
Like the Maxi3 titlebar was before updating Maxi3, the DarkPitch titlebar text is readable with a dark persona, but not readable with a light persona.

Tab titles are unreadable in the "Fox 2 The Moon" complete theme, when a dark persona is applied. The tabbar in "Fox 2 The Moon" is gray by default. The tabbar remains gray, even though a persona is applied.

Fox 2 the Moon aka Firefox 2 theme is NOT and likely never going to be persona compatible because of how it is constructed.

Could the "Noia Fox" complete theme (v2.1.4) also be ported (just the theme and not the bundled "Noia Fox options" extension)? The "Noia Fox" button needs to be changed, say to "Pale Moon". Unused code for Thunderbird and multiple Firefox versions perhaps could be cleaned up/cleaned out. Then it appears there is very little else to be done, to port this theme.

Why do we need two Noia themes?

Apparently, "<em:skinnable>true</em:skinnable>" (in the install.rdf file) is no longer required nor effective. So, is there another way to prevent the complete-theme user from applying a persona to a complete theme, where the results would be unpredictable or unsatisfactory?
PM Opera, like Fox 2 the Moon, may be another complete theme, where satisfactory use of personas may not be possible. There may be several other partially persona-incompatible themes as well.

Don't know

Why do we need any additional complete themes, when just having the Default theme will do? Perhaps, complete themes, both very different or slightly similar, are furnished to satisfy differences in user taste, is all.
On occasion, I currently use Noia Fox in Pale Moon, and will continue to do so. I also prefer Noia Fox appearance to that of Noia 4/Noia Moon, actually.

Fox 2 the Moon v1.0.2 is out to add persona support.

I also updated DarkPitch, Qute Large, Qute Legacy, Tangerinemoon, Tangomoon, and Moonfox3 to fix the titlebar issue you had.
As for Noia Fox, apart from the titlebar styling, it's basically the same theme.

I unfortunately don't have the time to fork that and its extension in addition to Noia Moon.

Fox 2 the Moon v1.0.3 is now out, as well as on the add-ons site, to fix some styling errors I made when adding persona support. Whoops!
